Three ways to be part of building this.
Bespoke is being built deliberately, with a small group of people in different roles. Some of them are clients. Some of them refer business to me. Some of them got the system as a gift in exchange for being early stress-testers. All of them are part of how this becomes what it is going to be. If you find yourself wanting to be part of this in some way, the three paths below describe the relationships that exist. One of them might fit you. If none of them do, that is fine too. The door to apply as a client is always open.
Brand Ambassadors.
Active clients who want to be part of telling the story.
If you are an active Bespoke client and you have been with me for ninety days or longer, you can become a Brand Ambassador. The structure is simple. You agree to contribute a case study at some point during our work together, something I can use publicly, and you refer naturally when it comes up. In exchange, your monthly retainer drops by fifty percent permanently for as long as you remain a client.
There is no referral quota. No tracking forms. No monthly check-ins about whether you have referred anyone yet. The structure assumes that if you are getting value from Bespoke, you will mention it when it comes up, and the fifty percent off is acknowledgment that your willingness to be public is worth something to me.
The case study can take many forms. A written piece, a recorded conversation, a few specific outcomes you let me share, a video walk-through of how you use the system. We work together on what fits your comfort level.

Referral Partners.
Anyone with a network where Bespoke might fit.
If you know business owners who would benefit from what I am building, you can become a Referral Partner. You do not need to be a client. You do not need to have a large audience. You just need to know one or two people whose businesses are the kind of operation Bespoke is designed for, and be willing to mention me when the moment is right.
The structure is straightforward. If someone you refer applies and becomes a client, you receive twenty percent of the first year of revenue from that client. That includes the build fee and twelve months of retainer. For a Scale-tier client, that comes out to approximately four thousand dollars, paid as the commissions land.
The twenty percent is the early partner rate. It will transition to fifteen percent once Bespoke is established. The generosity at this stage is intentional. The people who help me build this in the early phase are getting the version of the program I will not be able to offer later.
There is no commitment, no quota, no minimum. If someone in your world is the right fit, you let me know or send them my way. If not, nothing changes between us.

Founding Partners.
A small circle of well-connected founders who champion Bespoke and own it on exceptional terms.
The first three were friends. When I finished the first complete version of Bespoke, I gave three copies away, free, forever. They run the system themselves, they tell me what works, and they refer naturally when it comes up. They are my first real-world testers and my first public case studies.
A few founding invitations remain, reserved for people with genuine reach. Founders who know many of the right businesses and are positioned to send them my way. A Founding Partner receives the full system on exceptional terms, in exchange for being an active champion, a public case study, and a real source of referrals.
